We collect only what we need to send the daily digest, and we sell nothing.
Who processes your data

What we store
When you subscribe, your email address and the digest language (Czech or English).
Until you confirm with the link in the email, we do not store the address anywhere. We send one confirmation email; our email provider keeps a record of its delivery.
After you confirm, we store your email, language and sign-up time in the subscriber list.
Why, and on what basis
The only purpose is to send you the daily AI incident digest. The legal basis is your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)), given by ticking the box and confirming the link.
You can withdraw consent at any time with the unsubscribe link at the bottom of every email, or by writing to the contact above.
Who we share it with
Resend, Inc. (USA) sends the emails and keeps the subscriber list as our processor. The transfer to the US is governed by our data processing agreement with Resend and the safeguards it sets out.
Vercel, Inc. hosts the website; like any web server it briefly keeps technical access logs (IP address, time, page) for operation and security.
We share your data with no one else and never sell it.
How long
Until you unsubscribe. After that, the address stays on the list marked as unsubscribed so nothing more is sent to it; on request we delete it completely.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct and erase your data, to restrict processing, to data portability, and to object. You can complain to the Czech data protection authority (uoou.gov.cz) or the one in your country.
Cookies and tracking
The site uses no cookies and no third-party analytics or advertising tools. Fonts are served from our own server. The map remembers only your filter settings in your browser (localStorage); we never receive them.
